In-Person Training

Reiki Training 1: History & Healing
In Reiki Training 1, explore the history and lineage of Reiki healing. Learn about this hands-on energy healing modality & how it can be used on yourself and others to promote the healing of mind, body & spirit.
Reiki Training 2: Sacred Healing & Distance Healing
Reiki training 2 offers an opportunity to learn about & be attuned to the sacred symbols of second-degree Reiki, practice the art of distance healing & review information & techniques from Reiki One.

Reiki Level 1
The First Degree of Reiki provides an understanding of its history, the spiritual principles, the body's primary energy centers, and how to work with life force energy. Meditation and breathing techniques are vital aspects of this degree.
Reiki Level 2
The Second Degree of Reiki Training will review the spiritual principles and the body's energy system. Mental and emotional healing is the focus of the Second Degree of Reiki.
