Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Rooted in the belief that life-force energy flows through all of us, Reiki works to encourage the body’s natural ability to rest, restore, and heal. It is often used to reduce stress, promote emotional clarity, and support the body during times of physical or emotional challenge. Reiki is often used in Be Well Yoga for Cancer Recovery classes.
Reiki trainings are held in person at Sacred Space Oceanside’s peaceful studio—a private, welcoming space designed to support presence, learning, and energetic awareness.
Our partners at Sacred Space Oceanside offer Reiki training at Levels I, II, and Master for those who feel called to deepen their connection to energy healing. Each level provides a supportive, hands-on learning experience, guiding students to work confidently with Reiki for self-care and the healing of others. Upon completion of each level, participants receive Reiki practitioner certification.
