Each participant may choose to dedicate their play to a loved one who has battled or is currently battling cancer.
Whether you’re honoring someone currently in treatment, celebrating a survivor, or remembering someone you’ve lost, we invite you to dedicate your play to them.
You’ll receive a personalized Honor Badge to proudly wear during the tournament, displaying the name of the person you're playing for.
Your loved one’s name will also be added to a commemorative banner displayed at the event — a visible reminder of the strength, love, and community we share.

Format: Set Partner Round Robin, advancing to Single Elimination Bracket
Games: 6 guaranteed games for every player! Round Robin matches will be games to 11 (win by 2), while playoff matches will be games to 11 (win by 1)
Goody Bags: Every player gets a surprise-filled goody bag
Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place winners receive awards
Other Prizes: Prize for Best Dressed Team will be awarded!
Food & Beverage : Meal and one beer or non-alcoholic drink included in registration
Free Clinic: all participants will receive access to a free pickleball clinic led by club pro Sher Keith and other skilled instructors; Clinics divided by levels; Details TBD

If you need to cancel, notify Vista Tennis and Pickleball Club. Find a replacement and transfer your costs directly to them. No refunds are available. Streamlining this process benefits all participants.
